I decided to skip going for a jog the following morning and when I stumbled out of bed I had a

shower and I started looking through my wardrobe.

I grabbed my jacket and walked downstairs to the dining room.

Anna met me there and told me what was on this afternoon and I told her that I just wanted to get through the day first.
