Fighter 140

CHAPTER 038

Noah called for people to come and get Lucas and take him to the hospital but they were going to have to put restraints on him.

They wanted to take Noah as well, but he refused to leave the castle. He claimed that he could take care of his own injuries. So they got Lucas out of there and we went back inside.

Noah walked through to the kitchen and he grabbed the first aid kit and he took his shirt off.

I looked at the deep s***h marks on his chest and he started trying to get a needle ready to give himself some stitches. But I walked over and grabbed it off of him.

"Have you ever done this before?" He asked.

"Once or twice. Don't worry. My parents made sure that I knew how to give myself first aid if I

ever got into a lot of trouble and needed it." I said.

"Okay." He said. So I started stitching up the first s***h.

"I've never seen anyone go crazy like that on a full moon." I said.

"It happens. Not to many but it does happen when a male wolf is kept from his..." Noah

started to say but stopped himself.

"When they're kept from their mate." I said. And he looked up to look me in the face and I looked up at him. "Yeah. I know that he's my mate. Just like I know that you are as well." I said, looking back to his chest and the stitches that I was giving him.

"I didn't think you had a clue."

"Well, I am my mother's daughter after all."

"I'm sorry

that I didn't tell you. But after what those guys did to you, I wasn't really wanting to hurt you again. Or make you think that I was lying to you if you didn't feel the bond."

"It's alright. I know why you didn't tell me. I haven't had the best track record with guys."

"No. You haven't. And I hate both of those pricks for what they've done to you." He said.

"I know. But it's not up to you what happens to them."

"I know. That's why I haven't killed them yet." Noah said very sincerely.

I could tell that he would kill them if I asked him to. But I would never do something like that. They are assholes, but they don't deserve to die for that.
