After the five laps, they had to do 50 sit ups, 50 push ups and 50 squats. That was just to warm up. But it was showing who was the weakest and who could handle it.

I was standing next to Noah the whole time, not saying anything.

He's actually been to a warrior camp where I am thinking they trained just like this. So this wasn't unusual for him. Besides, he was only going to choose the best warriors to protect the border and me. That was his main goal, so I knew that he would be the best person to train them.

Once they actually got into one on one fights with each other, Noah and I would demonstrate with each other before the others would pair up to try the same moves.

I was surprised that not all the warriors in training didn't know how well trained I was.

I mean, I am the princess which means it's practically a given. Of course I would have started training young. Not to mention the fact that I have three fathers who would absolutely make sure that I felt protected at all times. Even if that meant that I had to protect myself.

I saw Lucas and Levi pair up together and even though there was a couple of years between them, that didn't matter here. Lucas is 22 but everyone training here is being trained at the same pace. So age didn't mean anything at the moment.

But the second I saw Lucas flip Levi over and had him land on his back, I knew that Lucas wasn't playing around.

They may be brothers but they looked like they were out for blood.

Noah didn't step in to stop them, even after he told them that they weren't to have any contact today. They were only meant to be learning techniques. But he let them beat the hell out of each other.

Honestly, Levi didn't really stand a chance. They made that obvious very early on in their fight. The rest of the fighters were looking at Noah and myself. I guess they were expecting us to split it up, but we didn't move. We stayed there and watched.

Actually, I was checking out how well they could actually fight. Noah just wanted to see them beat each other unconscious.

I stayed at training until lunch time before I headed back up to the castle but Noah ordered two guards to go with me and stay with me at all times.

I had to go into the office so they stood right outside the door.

The cook brought some lunch to me and closed the door on his way out.

I turned on the computer so I could start going through the pack directory and once I found

the number I was looking for, I picked up the phone and dialed it.

"Hello." The man snapped.

"Is that how you always answer the phone, Alpha Nathan?" I asked.

"Who is this?" He asked.

"Emma, You might also know me as Princess Emma. Princess of Dragons. You can take your pick." I said.

"Your majesty. I am so sorry. What can I do for you?" He asked.

"Well, you can tell me how things are going in the Dark Wood Pack?" I asked.

"Oh, everything here is just fine." He said.

"Right. Are you sure about that?" I asked.

"Why wouldn't I be? I mean, I don't have a reason to lie to you Princess."

"Actually you do have a reason to lie to me. I believe his name is Alpha Xavier." I said.

I could hear Alpha Nathan holding his breath the second I mentioned Xavier.

"I don't think I really know what you're talking about." He said.

"Sure you do. He's blackmailing you because he wants to destroy my pack and territory and

the throne itself." I said. He didn't answer me after I spelled it all out for him. He obviously

didn't know that I knew anything. But that's the problem with these people. They are always

underestimating me. I don't know why they do that. It's really starting to get old and it's pissing me off. "What do you want? Do you have any idea what he'll do to me if he knows that I'm talking to you?" He asked.

"Yeah. That's what we need to talk about." I smirked as I spun around in my chair to look out the window.

Alpha Nathan started getting really nervous the more I was talking. He knew that he was

busted. I knew about the blackmail. I knew that he was meant to help Xavier try and take over my territory. But I wasn't going to let that happen.

We talked on the phone for a while before I hung up.
