“No one is allowed to enter my office without my permission, understood?”
Leonardo held his head. He thought that it was even harder to deal with Maria than dealing with several rivals in the shopping mall.
“Can’t your mother get in?” Jacob was afraid that he might hear it wrong, so he confirmed again.
“Don’t you understand? I said, no one is not allowed!”
Leonardo was so angry that he grabbed the pen on the table and threw it at Jacol.
Jacob caught the pen quickly, respectfully placing it back imo the penholder on the desk and moving it farther from Leonardo’s reach. “Understood.”
Leonardo hadn’t displayed this bad habit of throwing things for a long time. It seemed like he was in a really bad mood today.
Thinking of this, Jacob wanted to go out so as not to provoke Leonardo again.
Just as he took a couple of steps, Jacob suddenly thought of something and turned back to ask. “Mr. Brooks, if Rosalind comes, should I let her in
Leonardo choked, his face turning even darker. He wanted to grab another pen from the table and throw it at Jacob again, but seeing the penholder far away, he had to give up the idea. Still, he glared at Jacob as if he wanted to beat Jacob up.
“Is Rosalind just anyone? If she comes, of course, let her in, and you must inform me immediately, understood?”
Hearing this, Jacob immediately nodded. “Got it!”
Having stayed by Leonardo’s side for so many years, Jacob had only recently figured out the complicated love-and-late relationship between Leonardo, Rosalind, and Virginia. It was like a plot one would find in a TV drama, and he never expected to encounter such a real-life version of it
It seemed that there were indeed a lot of intricate matters in rich families.
Jacob had always thought that Leonardo and Virginia were in love with each other and that they also had a cute child. Jonas stepped on the accelerator and rushed out.

Kyle didn’t want to tell Rosalind, but Jonas felt guilty. If he did not tell Rosalind, his heart would always be stressed, making him uncomfortable.
“What? In the hospital? What happened? How is she now?”
Rosalind was shocked and instinctively stood up, hitting her head on the car roof, which made her gasp in pain.
Jonas got scared and quickly stopped the car by the roadside, checking Rosalind’s head carefully.
“Be careful. Is your head all right?”
