She looked away after a glance. Pearl Hotel was known for its high price and luxury.

Eugene must have had his eyes on someone if he was willing to spend so much money.

She was not interested in taking part in a meaningless get–together like that. She told the teacher that she would like to return to the hotel later to get some rest.
