It's also very likely that your adoptive mother left them to you as a last hope as she didn't want them to threaten you. That's why I made the switch, but the situation is different now." Theo's eyes were firm as he smiled faintly. He then stretched out his hand to brush away the hair from my temple. "Anders probably has something to do with you. He can help you find your biological parents." Hearing this, I shook my head. "He might just want something from the box. It's likely he has nothing to do with my background."

"The Fredericks are ambitious, but the Anders are different. They're a scholarly family. Only Cole entered the business world, so they won't have any ambitions," Theo explained to me patiently.
