Nora’s POV

The first part of the curse has been broken and I can feel the power surge through everyone. It feels like the witch herself is crying and cursing at the same time. I looked at the king and then I looked at Melinda and I thought something was strange when she pointed at me and I turned around.

Just in time to see the attack from Luca. Fire came towards us but hit

the shield instead and the entire shield was set on fire. The shield was created as a globe over us and now it was on fire. I felt Melinda’s exhaustion as she was trying to keep it there.

*Melinda drop the shield now* I mindlink her and I felt her surprise but she still dropped it.

The fire died out with the shield and Helios and Ares huffed. They growled at the same time as we could see Luca come walking. I shifted back to my human form and I picked up my torn nightdress but it still worked.

“Luca, leave.” I will not come to your side, ever” I say to him and he throws his hands up in the air and starts laughing, like a maniac

I looked up just in time to move as a fireball came raining down.

“Watch out everyone” I yell and all move to get away from the fireballs.
