Curry gave an uneasy chuckle and remarked, "Easton, you're making too much of it."

"We, the Pearsons, are not Nirth's first family." It makes no difference whether we have two or three persons above us."

"Curry, I don't like what you're saying."

Hernandez's face had entirely darkened.

Curry cut him off before he could continue his sentence, saying, "Easton, I have some urgent matters to attend to." I'll be the first to leave. You must be exhausted after your journey. Why don't I have my maids make a dinner for you? You may depart once you have finished your meal."

"Curry!"

Hernandez was so enraged that he stormed out.

Hernandez's grandson followed him soon.

His grandson felt considerably more at peace after hearing Hernandez's words.
