Chapter 87 Identity Revealed

Leon's words left Bronte stunned, and a trace of surprise flashed in Tiffany's eyes.

Tiffany stared at Leon's face, still processing his words. Could Leon have known the truth from five years ago?

Amidst everyone's confusion, Leon played a video. In the video, it was Bronte meeting with this man she hired, but the distance was a bit far, so their conversation couldn't be heard. However, when Bronte left, she gave the man a sum of money.

The video ended there.

Bronte's face instantly turned pale as she stared at Leon in disbelief. So Leon had known about this all along! Or rather, Leon had deliberately deceived her, letting her take the bait. He had never intended to get engaged to her from the beginning!

Bronte's legs gave way, and she collapsed to the ground.

Leon looked at her coldly, his eyes no longer as casual as they usually were. "Everyone, as a member of the Cooper family, I apologize for the disturbance. We do not tolerate deceitful women, so today's engagement party is canceled."

The moment Leon announced the cancellation of the engagement, Bronte was in despair, Tiffany was stunned, and the three children clapped their hands in joy. The guests erupted into a buzz of murmurs and whispers, the twist of the event a shock to everyone present.

Yet, facing this chaos, Leon personally approached each guest with a composed grace, offering his apologies and politely asking them to leave. Then after the man hired by Bronte, whose confession had sealed her fate, was removed by the bodyguards, now only Leon, Tiffany, Bronte, Ronald, and the three children were left in the venue.

Bronte, still reeling from the public humiliation, struggled to her feet. Her eyes, brimming with bitterness, fixed on Leon. "Leon, did you know all along that I wasn't the person from that night?"
