Tristan's emotions were indescribable. He tried to organize his thoughts. He wanted to speak to Yvette.

Should he apologize first? Or perhaps ask where she had been all these years? Or something else.... Yet, before he could sort out his thoughts, Yvette brushed past him without even glancing his way.

Tristan was stunned. He turned around, but Yvette had already gotten into a car. She spoke to the driver softly, "Let's go."

As Tristan watched Yvette disappear from his view, it took him a long time to come back to his senses.

As he was about to call Xavier, he remembered how Xavier had treated Yvette over the years and
