When Tiffany walked out of the hospital after the ultrasound, Vincent's car was waiting for her as expected. She pulled the door open after walking over and was immediately hit with the smell of cigarettes. Tiffany asked in surprise, "You smoke?"

She had been in Lewis Group for more than six months and never once had she seen Vincent smoking. He had always kept himself clean and fresh. She had never smelled cigarettes on him before. After a short pause, Vincent hummed in response. He rolled the windows down and switched on air purification in the car. After a moment, the smell vanished.
