She wondered if Thorne had arranged for hotel staff to help her, or if... well, it didn't really matter. It wasn't something worth bringing up with Stewart anyway. After exchanging a few more words, they ended the call.

It was getting late. Charlene decided not to dwell on whatever happened last night. She got ready for the day, touched up her makeup, grabbed her bag, and headed out.
