Chapter 291

When Richard stormed in, looking furious, Sofia was a bit thrown off.

For a moment, she almost freaked out. It was one of those moments when her instincts kicked in, and she nearly panicked. However, when Richard mentioned Dan, everything quickly spiraled out of control, and Sofia snapped, “Richard, you jerk?” Sofia might’ve kept it together for a moment if Richard hadn’t brought up Dan. Everyone in Fiorenza knew how badly it messed her up when she heard Dan died so suddenly. She nearly lost her mind.

The thought of Dan marrying someone else was like setting off a bomb in her brain.

Now Richard had the nerve to bring it up. Sofia completely went mad. “You want to go all out, huh? Fine, let’s do this.”

She’d been trying to stay calm for Stephanie’s sake, but now all that restraint was gone. She marched over to the nightstand. pulled open the drawer, and grabbed the one thing she always kept nearby.

Finally, when Richard threw Sofia off, Stephanie couldn’t hold back anymore. She grabbed a vase off the table and hurled it at Richard’s head.

With a loud crack, the vase shattered on his head. He staggered but quickly turned around, his eyes full of fury. He gritted his teeth as he said, “Stephanie, you backstabbing bitch.”

Getting hit by Stephanie only made Richard angrier. He still hadn’t settled his score with her over Sebastian, and now Stephanie had the nerve to throw something at him.

At the door, Sebastian paused and turned back. “What?” Richard asked.
