Learning about the benefits of it in the Celestial Realm was very enthralling to him, especially the ability to be reborn instantly. Of course he considered the fact that getting trapped as a Body Cultivator could be really bad too, as an enemy could trap them and keep on killing them over and over again until they had run out of Vital Sparks.
