Vincent was confounded.

He had tried hard to persuade Gareth but couldn’t get any answers. He suddenly lost his head at this impasse. “D*mn! I should have ignored you since my life is in shambles anyway!”

Gareth glanced at him indifferently. Gareth had cautioned Vincent previously. It was pointless to advise Vincent anymore.

The two of them started to drink in silence.

When they had their last drink, Vincent gritted his teeth and said, “This woman will get more than she bargained for sooner or later!”
