Chapter 10 Things Could Get Bigger

With a loud noise, the bottle fractured into pieces. The wine that spilled out mixed with blood, blurring Avery’s vision. Everything happened too fast, and no one reacted in time. They didn’t expect her to be so ruthless toward herself.

“Avy!” Tyler widened his eyes as he quickly held onto the stumbling Avery. “What are you doing?” he fumed in a low voice.

This woman would rather smash a bottle on herself than apologize. Her stubbornness was really beyond anyone’s expectations!

Avery leaned against her brother’s embrace and took a few breaths. Then, she looked at Lewis and said, “Is that enough? If you’re not satisfied, I can do it again.”
