With Neal’s popularity soaring, we’ve got to find a way to keep him on board. If a headhunter snatches him away, it would be a huge blow,” York whispered to Kristin.

“I bet he’s the next vice president. But honestly, our company’s perks for vice president aren’t that grand. As for the vice presidents of the Project Division, their deal isn’t as sweet as what the Investment Division offers. If I were Neal, I’d negotiate hard. He should push to merge the Investment Division and Project Division under his control. I wouldn’t slip such a juicy opportunity.”
