Chapter 1051

The gates of Blue Haven creaked open as the car carrying Sherilyn Gomez and Rebecca White rolled out slowly.

They paused at the entrance.

Through the window, Sherilyn spotted Francis Johnson's Porsche Cayenne parked nearby.

"Rebecca," Sherilyn said, glancing at Rebecca White. She sensed Rebecca was still undecided and wasn't ready to face Francis yet. "I'm going to say hi to him."

"Alright," Rebecca nodded, giving her consent.

Sherilyn stepped out of the car. "Hey, Francis."

"Sherilyn," Francis acknowledged, leaning against his car door, his gaze fixed on the car. "Rebecca... is she okay?"

"I passed on everything you said last night," Sherilyn replied gently. "Give her some time. No matter what happens, I hope you won't pressure her. She's been through a lot." Francis nodded, a furrow in his brow. "I understand."

"Okay then..." Sherilyn pointed towards the car. "I'm heading back. Don't worry, Francis. Rebecca's a bit frail, but her spirits are high. She's tough."

"That's good to hear," Francis thought to himself. He knew she was strong. If she weren't, she wouldn't have survived these past years.

"Alright, see you."

Sherilyn got back in the car, instructing the driver to drop Rebecca at her office before taking her to the film set.

Francis's Porsche followed them at a steady pace, trailing them until they reached Rebecca's office.
