I count down on my fingers and spin around to pull the doors open after he waves the fob over the knobs. I move toward him and we both head into the dining area.

There at the head of the table is the vampire king. I turn around to find Jesse standing behind us. I take a couple of steps toward her with my gun aimed at her chest. She knows this thing will blow a hole through her faster than her little gun can inflict any real damage.
