Isaac glanced at his cup, picked it up, and raised the corners of his lips slightly.

A faint smile slipped across his handsome face as he leaned close to her ear. "Wait for me after work, Tricia. Let's go on a date!"

The joy in Patricia's eyes was filled to the brim. She had always fantasized about the idea of going on a date since a long time ago. Today, she was finally going to get a taste of it! She nodded, smiling. Then, she entered the room, while Isaac left the room.

Patricia placed the teacups in front of the two guests and said, "Old Mrs. Arnold, Rose, please have tea."

Seeing that she was going to leave, Elizabeth called her. "Have a seat, Tricia. I brought you a strawberry cake because I know it's your favorite. I even packed some for Sylvie and her brothers."

Glancing at the two boxes on the table, she noticed how many treats they bought. With a smile, she thanked, "Thank you, Old Mrs. Arnold. Sylvie and her brothers will be delighted!"

At the mention of the three children, Elizabeth couldn't help but miss them, especially the two little boys. They were simply copies of Isaac! She imagined that if he had a son, he would look exactly like them!


The more she imagined, the more she missed them. "Tricia, are the children on vacation now? There are only a few days left to the New Year. Why don't you bring them along to our house?"

If Tricia and the three children came to their house, the atmosphere at home would be livelier. The Arnolds had not spent the New Year in a lively atmosphere for many years. Now that Elizabeth was getting older, she was even more excited to spend it with a big family.

Patricia hesitated. Actually, she wanted to celebrate the New Year with Isaac. Hearing Elizabeth's suggestion, she anticipated it even more.

"Are you sure it'll be fine?"

Although Patricia and her children always spent the New Year together, she figured it might be more fun if they spent it together with the Arnold Family.

Elizabeth smiled in response. "There are only me, Phillip, and Isaac in the household. We'll surely be happy to accommodate your family."

Rose, who was sitting beside them, felt envious. How nice would it be if she could spend the New Year with the Arnold Family! Anyway, she could pester Nikola when the time came and make him bring her to Arnold Manor to spend the New Year with the Arnolds.

Patricia nodded. "Okay. I will bring the three of them to visit during the New Year."

Rose took a sip of the tea and was amazed by how good it tasted. She spent a lot of time with Lavender over the years and had bonded with her over similar interests. Therefore, she could easily get along with elderly people.

She knew that they were served with good tea. As expected, everything from Arnold Corporation was the finest.

Simultaneously, Elizabeth removed the wrapper from the strawberry cake and uttered to Patricia, "Tricia, green tea goes well with the cake."
