Calliope shot Lisette a wry, almost amused glance. "Lisette, do you have any proof? Anything at all to show that I poisoned Grandpa?"

Lisette just scoffed. "Grandpa's death was suspicious, and I know it was you! You wanted the inheritance, didn't you?"

She turned sharply to the police officers nearby. "Officers, Calliope is a fraud. Please, take her in for questioning. Make sure you do a thorough job."
