Chapter 179 Breathe!

Seth and Leah wanted to come later, but Ava so wanted to be a part of the whole procedure, so they finally agreed to come with us. We didn’t need to wait too long. Riccardo, Alexandra and Matteo appeared as well to say farewell. They were supposed to arrive three days before the games started.

After we checked in, we tried to make the time pass faster by wandering around in the shops, but Ava seemed to be the most excited as she could not stop watching me perform on her tablet. I whispered to Gideon. He smiled at me.

Finally, we could get to our gate, as they started the boarding procedures. I got used to travelling in first class by now. Gideon and I were sitting next to each other, of course. I held his hand, and when the plane took off, I started to feel the first sign of excitement.
