Forever in the Past and Forever in the Future

Bronx's POV

Instead of an actual training, we have a class scheduled for other packs to understand our training programs. Wedo a ten-mile warm-up for those who want to participate, then we move onto the presentation. We have a few pack walriors who will be doing some demonstrations while I walk through our programs.

I'm explaining the benefits of rest days where there is only light cardio and stretching when I feel a whisper on my neck.
