"Bastard!" Rhodes froze. "How dare you?!"

However, he didn't expect that someone would take action so quickly.
After thinking closely, it was understandable.
All sorts of forces that came from the outskirts and beyond were after the Nine Eyed Beads. Uniting the beads for everlasting life wasn’t a secret at all.
The moment Harvey looked around, many manhole covers were pushed open. Men in camouflage uniforms leaped out. Some were throwing out darts; others brought out firearms.
A conflict was instantly sparked.
The Surreys didn't panic; they were dealing with the entire situation very calmly. Even Lennon continued to purity the beads.
Bang, bang, bang!
There were sounds of gunshots, and the people in the camouflage uniform instantly fell to the ground.
A few experts opened the manhole covers, and threw smoke grenades inside.
Screams of pain were heard before everything became normal again.
Fifteen minutes passed.
Lennon kept the purified beads before nodding at Harvey and the others.
Rhodes, who was in shock, finally came to his senses.
"What ignorant bandits! How dare they even do something like this now?!” he exclaimed, chuckling coldly.
