Amos casually set the gift box on the table before opening it, revealing a dark red pill inside.
"One of the Smalt Sect’s sacred treasures?"
Hannah Jean froze. Even as a frigid woman, she could not help but reach out for the pill.
It would not be able to grant immortality, but it could easily cure anyone from literally anything.

Amos smiled.

"There’s always a chance for US to bump into each other in the outskirts.
“It’s better for US to meet each other here now than later, right?
"The Honey Pill’s just a meeting gift.
"You don't have to pay too much mind about it.”
From a certain perspective, Amos was trying to get closer to Hannah by changing how he addressed her.
