“So, you're saying that person would abuse his authority because of the Smalt Sect?” asked Harvey York curiously.
This was an unexpected surprise.
Harvey wanted to deal with the Smalt Sect himself, but it would have been nice if the Osborne family had dealt with them first.
The man had not gone against Harvey before, but it would be expected for him to cause trouble judging from Harvey’s conflict with the Osborne family back in Flutwell.
Dutch Cobb briefly thought about the situation.
“Judging from the Osborne family, this is an excellent opportunity to sell a favor to the Smalt Sect.
Because of this, they’re most likely to cross a few lines.
"But the man spent a great deal of effort to build his immense reputation. If he abused his power, his reputation would be immediately thrown out of the window.
"That’s why I have no clue what will happen next.”

Harvey took the glass of milk Dutch offered.
“It’s not that hard, actually,” he said after taking a few sips of milk.
“Since he’s the second-in-command, he must’ve figured out the whole situation.
“He'd never figure out our relationship, but he knows we're close.
"The moment he got you to see me here, everything’s already been set in stone.
“If I’m correct, this person's probably planning to keep his reputation.
"What an interesting guy. Found a chance for US to meet each other.”
Dutch lightly nodded before jotting down Harvey's order.
Creak!
The door was pushed open at this very moment.
Rae Higgs came in with a stack of documents. She stared at Harvey with a weird expression before putting the documents down.
“You can leave after signing here."
Dutch froze.
“How are the higher-ups planning to deal with this?"
He did not think Harvey could figure out the second-in- command’s intentions.
Rae nodded.
"Mr. Neil signed the documents after deciding how we should proceed.
"As long as Sir York promises not to leave the outskirts and return whenever we ask before the investigation’s over, we should have no problems.”
