Harvey York gave a shrug.
"I stood up for what’s right. I lent aid when someone needed help the most.
“Is your second-in-command not planning to award me with anything?"
Rae Higgs sighed.
“You did do that, but you clearly went overboard.
“You’re not deemed guilty, but you won't be awarded either."
Harvey smiled when he signed the documents.
"Looks like that man’s impartial after all.
"Judging from the Osborne family, even if they can't kill me, it wouldn't be challenging to make things complicated for me.
"Either he's truly a saint or the most heinous man there is..."

Rae was dead silent. She did not know how to respond to that. Dutch Cobb let out a sigh before showing a confused gaze.
"Mr. Neil is upholding his reputation...
"But, it’s safe to say he's completely gone against the Smalt Sect and the Americans.
"Provoking America isn’t that big of a deal, but he’d be in deep trouble for going against the Smalt Sect.”
Harvey tapped on Dutch’s shoulder.
"Don’t worry. No matter the case, he’s still a trump card the Osborne family used.
"Maybe for them, this was the only move they could use in the government.
"This means they’re risking their reputation on the line.
“No matter the case, the Osborne family will protect him.
"Again, find me a time where I can meet the man. He’s an interesting one after all...”
Harvey was about to walk out of the room after grabbing his jacket.
He thought of something before turning his head toward Rae, who had been completely silent.
"Emil belongs to your family, right?
“Henrik is his father, after all," he said curiously.
Rae paused before nodding slightly.
“Since he’s back in the outskirts, that means Henrik's here too.
“It doesn’t matter if the Higgs family’s following me.
"After all, Henrik's probably the best opportunity for your family to become the outskirts’ top family."
Rae let out a bitter chuckle.
