Douglas Higgs felt embarrassment and despair after hearing Harvey’s words.
He believed that he was invincible because of his power as a Raiden.
He thought he knew Harvey's strength and had conducted multiple training simulations to deal with him.
He managed to achieve victory in his sessions many times, trampling all over Harvey.
And yet, he did not expect the power he prided himself in was nothing to Harvey.

Douglas was not planning to give up. He took a deep breath before gritting his teeth.

"I hate people threatening me the most.

Harvey exerted more force on his grip.
"Please! Make peace with each other!”
Elaine Garcia would not dare step forward when she spoke in a stuttering voice. She quickly pulled out her phone to send a few texts.
"Don’t you think you’re being too arrogant, young man?”
A dignified voice echoed from behind.
Eighteen men in robes showed up, surrounding a thin elderly man with graying hair in a white robe.
The man seemed to be on his final breath, but his eyes lit up when he slowly stepped forward with an unspeakable aura surrounding him.
“Henrik Higgs...” said Romina Klein while looking at the man.
She could not help but shudder after mentioning that name.
After all, the name held immense authority in the outskirts.
“Father.”
"Mr. Henrik!"
Douglas and Elaine spoke simultaneously.
Douglas felt like he saw the light at the end of the tunnel.
It was as if nobody would dare lay a finger on him because of Henrik's arrival.
