Henrik Higgs took a deep breath, forcing himself to be composed.

Henrik was looking down on Harvey York.

It seemed like Henrik wanted Harvey to take accountability.
He knew Harvey was impressive, but he was still biased against him.
No matter how impressive, a man from Country H would always kneel before America.
“Is that a threat?
"Or should I consider this as just a lecture instead?
Harvey casually threw Douglas Higgs to the ground.
Then, Harvey stepped on Douglas' throat.
“Sorry, but I seriously despise traitorous people who pride themselves in siding with the enemy.
"I wasn't planning to do anything to your son before you brought up the president...
"But since you did that, I’ll have to do exactly that.
"Even the president won’t be able to protect him! I said so!”
“Ngh!" The high and mighty Raiden lay on the ground in disbelief.
He could clearly feel his energy completely disabled by Harvey’s simple movement.
For a Mutant, their crippled energy could only mean death.
Douglas showed a regretfuI gaze.
He was Chinatown’s young master, one of the most respectable people there.
Someone like that was destined to rise. Even they were exempt from death itself.
