Chapter 2 The Madison’s evil plans

Where are you coming from? Asanel Anderson?" Her mum's voice was heard behind her.

"Mum.." Asanel called and turned back.

"I asked you a question? Where were you?" Matilda asked, walking towards her.

"Mum, I went out with a friend.." Asanel answered.

Matilda sighed and then hugged her daughter gently.

"I'm sorry sweetie, I know I've not been here for you, for sometime now but I just can't help it. I really want to unravel that case, about what happened to lady who was raped to death..' Matilda said.

Well, unfortunately for Asanel, her mum, Matilda was a dedicated and hardworking journalist and her Dad, too a CIA agent. He was rarely at home. Asanel couldn't say she was close to both her parents, since they were both busy.

They had three children -Jason Madison, Tyson Madison and Rebecca Madison.

"Mum, not again.." Asanel said.

"Sweetheart, believe me. It's true and that's why I want you to stay away from their son, their family is up to no good. One of the witnesses confessed that James is a drug lord.."

Asanel's eyes widened immediately she heard that.

She actually didn't want to believe it but then she remembered she received a parcel a week ago from an unknown person. And when she opened it, she found her parents and her picture stained with blood and a note saying "Beware of your actions or you will lose your family.."

Asanel sighed. She didn't want to think about it. She was too young for this.
