Chapter 8 Egocentric Prince

"Mummy.." The voice came again and Elle snapped at her reverie. She immediately picked up the phone and hung up the call.

Elle sighed and faced him. He was also staring at her in an odd way. Elle almost smiled, he was looking more handsome and he had that cold look on his face. Elle decided to break the silence.

"You bumped into me first, shouldn't you be saying sorry?" Elle asked with an expressionless look.

"And you should be always careful when walking, watch where you are going, Miss" Jason stated coldly and walked out.

Elle scoffed immediately.

"What the hell!"

She turned to him immediately.

"You really think you are special, huh. Egocentric prince. Your looks are just deceiving you.." Elle yelled at him immediately and turned to leave but suddenly she felt someone grab her forearm and she gasped.

It was Jason. He was glaring at her.

"You should never call me that again, Miss.." He added and then took her palm and then placed something inside it. He looked at her one last time and he walked away.

Elle scoffed. She didn't even bother to check what he placed in her palm.

"Whatever! I have the right to call what I want. Egocentric prince.." She said again and Jason paused. He closed his eyes but then he decided to ignore her. He opened his eyes and walked away.

His assistant immediately ran to him.

"Who's she, Jacob?" He suddenly asked and Jacob paused.

"S..sir.."

"I want to know who she is and why the hell she called an egocentric prince?!" He snapped at Jacob.

"Boss, I think she's the CEO of LYELLE'S CORP!" Jacob said and he paused. He scoffed and resumed walking.

"Find out everything about her.." Jason stated and walked away while Jacob stood still wondering.

"Why does he want me to find out about her? Is he interested in her?" He asked himself.
