Chapter 9 Giselle vs Danielle
Jason sat in his office, his eyes glued to the laptop. Then the lady earlier came to his mind and he stopped typing.
"Egocentric prince?" He scoffed.
"How dare she call me that?" He mumbled and then took out his phone. He called up Jacob immediately.
"Jacob, in my office, right now.." He said and then hung up.
Jason stood up and undid his tie. The door opened. Jason turned but to his surprise, it was Giselle not Jacob.
"Hi.." She smiled revealing her dimples and Jason sighed.
"What are you doing here, Giselle?" He asked and took his eyes to his phone.
"I just finished shooting so I decided to see you.." Giselle said and bit her lower lip.
"You shouldn't be here, Giselle. Leave.." Jason said and took his eyes to her.
"Just go.." He added and walked to his seat.
Giselle sighed again and looked up with a teary face.
"Just what have I done to deserve this? Despite the fact that we are engaged, you don't talk to me. You just push me away. What does she have that I don't have? I'm beautiful, I'm smart, I'm rich.."
Jason sighed and rested his head backwards.
"Giselle.." He called and she looked at him.
"Do you know what she has and you don't?" He said calmly, looking at her.
"She's not a pest but you are. Quit following me around.." Jason said and Giselle stormed out of his office angrily.
Jason picked up the telephone and called his secretary immediately.
"Yes boss.." She said,
"The next time you let Giselle in, I'll make sure that's the last day you step your foot in this office.." He hung up immediately.
Jacob opened the door and walked in.
"Cut out 10% from your salary.." Jason said coldly and looked at him.
Jacob immediately fell to his knees.
"I'm sorry boss, I'm really sorry. I didn't mean to come late. Something just came up! Please have mercy boss.." Jacob pleaded in tears.
"You know the word "mercy" doesn't work well with me. Do as ordered.." Jason said and stood up. He picked up his suit and wore it.
"When's the meeting with the board?" Jason asked and Jacon stood up and wiped off his tears.
