Back then, Jane and Micheal were the only two individuals in the teahouse.

“Who the *******could it be?”
A person flashed across Micheal’s mind.
Chester Laton!
Chester was the only person who knew that Micheal was meeting Jane, as well as what they were going to talk about.

Chester had no reason to do such a thing.
Jack also had no reason to deceive Micheal on this matter.

“Jack, I saw you arguing with Jane back then. After that, I told my wife about what
happened between you and Jane. We both acknowledge Jane’s ability and feel sorry for this
child.”

Jack, Jane has already severed all ties with the Fowler family. “**********you, Micheal Laton! I don’t care what your reason is, but I’m warning you! Don’t come close to my daughter again! And don’t mention anything about making her your goddaughter again!”
“No matter what, Jane is still my biological daughter. The blood of the Fowler family runs through her veins. No matter how strained the relationship between Jane and the Fowler family becomes, it’s still none of your business! I’ll believe you this time on the account that we’ve been friends for more than 20 years. I appreciate your kindness, but I’m warning you, you’d better not do anything like that.”
“Don’t worry about that. Jane has already rejected me and she made it very clear that she won’t be my goddaughter.”

Micheal held his phone tightly. Then, he turned around and smashed it on the ground.

He could understand why Jack’s exasperation after finding out about this.
But how dare the Fowler family behave in this manner?
