Chapter Alex's POV

It's late into the evening when everyone has managed to calm down after the phone call with Tobias. Emotions running high after listening to him talk the way he did about Athena. Almost like she was a possession, a pawn and not someone who was human. 'They all need to die' growls Elstan, my Lycan Wolf.

'I know. And they will in due time. Because no one and I mean no one talks poorly about my family and lives to tell about it. Especially after telling someone that she's a curse.
