Sasha recognized Alvin's voice as tears rolled in her eyes. Then, she replied in a soft voice, "Okay."

Looking at the person with a pale face lying in bed, Alvin thought what Sasha did for Colton wasn't worth it at all. Feeling bad for her, he leaned down and sighed, "Do you regret it?"

Sasha offered him a bitter smile and insisted, "No."

Seeing how infatuated she was, Alvin didn't know why he felt upset, but he suppressed the anger in him and pursed his lips, saying, "Colton left because he heard about what happened to Nicole. He is rushing to her right now, so why do you even bother to do this?"

Sasha looked down. Her gaze was icy cold, but behind the coldness hid her strong infatuation for Colton.

"That's enough. I need to rest now. Let's talk when I get better."

Looking at her firm appearance, Alvin couldn't help but feel down. He then huffed a sigh and continued, "Colton contacted people from Undercity and demanded to see the leader. Adam agreed to his request."

There was a slight change in expression on Sasha's face the moment she heard that. If it wasn't for the excruciating pain, she would've sat up by now.

"What?! And you didn't stop him?" Sasha was so nervous that even her lashes were trembling.

Grabbing a pillow, Alvin helped her sit up before turning on the lights in the room.

When the white lights shone on her face, she looked even more pallid and devoid of life.

"It's useless. Colton's men looked for Adam directly, so it was already too late for me to make a move." Alvin shook his head and replied.

Colton was quick when he made a move. He didn't even allow them some time to think before Adam received the news.

Sasha clenched her fists tightly. Although she was the leader of Undercity by name, Adam was the one who had actual control. Besides, even though he was the previous leader of Undercity and was deemed to have stepped down, he was still monitoring her every move.

If Colton met Adam, who revealed her identity…

Thinking of that, Sasha shuddered.

No way! There was absolutely no way she could let that happen! After everything she had done to win Colton's heart back, she couldn't let Adam make that slip of the tongue! Judging by Colton's character, he would definitely cut ties with her if he found out!
