Colton immediately hurried home. As soon as he opened the door, he saw Nicole lying on the couch. At that sight, he held his breath and quickened his pace.

Looking down at the woman lying on the couch, he realized that she hadn't removed her makeup yet. Her delicate makeup was visibly a little smudged, and the lipstick on her lips was so uneven that it seemed to have been ravaged by someone.

Colton's eyelids twitched, and he quickly felt uncomfortable. Extending his slender fingers, he gently pressed Nicole's lips. Her lips didn't look like how it was before, and they even appeared a little red and swollen. It was obvious that she had been kissed.

Thinking of that, Colton suddenly felt a ball of fire forming in his chest. Lowering his eyelids, he couldn't help exerting force on the finger he pressed on her lips. Eventually, he wiped the unfamiliar taste off her lips with his thumb and index finger.

Nicole felt the tingle on her lips in her sleep, so she reluctantly opened her eyes to an enlarged handsome face above her. However, his expression was a little gloomy. Currently, he was rubbing her lips mercilessly like a madman.

Scrunching her face in pain, she reached out to slap Colton's hand away. With furrowed brows, she questioned in disdain, "What are you doing?"

Seeing that Nicole woke up, Colton still had an ugly expression on his face. His dark orbs stared at her lips for a long time before uttering in a baritone voice, "There's something on your lips, so I'm wiping it off for you."

Nicole habitually licked the corner of her lips and pressed it slightly with her fingertips, but she didn't notice anything off. Even though she took the antidote given by Gabriel, she was still in the room for quite a while. Therefore, her body was still weak. When she finally relaxed at home, she immediately knocked out on the couch.

"There's nothing on my lips," Nicole uttered, finding him acting strange.

Without speaking, Colton glanced at Nicole. She hadn't changed out of her gown yet, and after the nap, her gown had rolled up her thigh, exposing the fair skin underneath. The sight was enough for one to drool at.

Without saying a word, Colton suddenly climbed onto the couch. Before Nicole could react, he pinned her down and sealed her lips with a kiss.

Nicole's eyes widened in shock. Her lips had just been ravaged earlier, and now that Colton was pressing down on them, it hurt slightly. She wanted him to stop, so she reached out and placed her palms on his chest, trying to move away from him. "I…"

Before she could blurt the whole sentence, Colton pressed her down even more eagerly. He even deepened the kiss. Nicole was feeling out of breath due to the pressure. Her lips felt sore but she could sense the anger he was exuding.

Why was he acting so crazy? What made him so angry?
