Nicole definitely couldn't go back to Zachary. She knew that he wouldn't hesitate to fight Colton if he found out that Colton and she had slept together.

Just the thought of this gave her a headache.

Colton's smile grew even wider when he saw that he had achieved his goal. He soon placed an outstretched hand on her waist and lightly caressed her as he offered with a smile, "Just stay here for now. Marks like this will usually go away within a week."

After saying that, he quirked his eyebrows and looked at her with amused eyes before continuing, "Don't worry. I'm not an animal."

For some reason, Nicole felt more at ease when she heard him say those words.

It was indeed inconvenient for her to go out in public now. With her gaze lowered, she eventually looked up at Colton and relented. "Fine. I'll stay here for a few days. But just to be clear, we are not staying in one room. Go find yourself another room!"

"Sure," he smilingly agreed.

"Also, about Hayden," Nicole added, "don't let him come for the time being."

She knew better than anyone how clever her son was. He might expose the truth if he came here.

Colton gave another nod. It wasn't like he wanted that brat to come and disturb his time together with Nicole.

Nicole was in her thoughts for a second before she decided she didn't have anything else to add. However, as soon as she lifted her gaze and saw Colton's naked torso, she quickly reminded, "One more thing. Wear your clothes properly! I don't want my eyes to start bleeding!"

Colton had always been confident about his figure. With his upper body bare, he leisurely hung around in front of her to show off his perfect body.

"Bleeding? Is my figure not nice? I have been working out since I was young, you know."

Nicole had to agree that he had a beautiful figure.

She thought that there was something wrong with her. As a well-known fashion designer, she had come across many handsome models before who usually only had a pair of shorts on. She had never felt anything just by looking at them.

But when it came to a half-naked Colton, she couldn't help but feel shy.

Despite her thoughts, she warned, "I don't care if you have a nice figure or not; I don't want to see it. I will stay at a hotel if you are not going to agree to this!"

Colton's eyebrows shot up, but he closed the opening of his top as he was told. They had all the time in the world anyway. He didn't have to worry about her not falling for his charms.

"Alright. You must be tired. I have prepared some hot water for you in the massage room on the second floor. You should take a soak," he thoughtfully told her.

She only peered at him with scrutinizing eyes. It felt somewhat unbelievable for him to do such a kind thing.
