When Rita saw Nicole return, she stood up and approached her. "Don't worry too much, Nicole. Hayden is going to be fine," Rita took Nicole's hand and comforted her.

Nicole let out a faint smile in response when she saw how concerned Rita was. "I know. I went to see Hayden earlier and he's all right."

Rita sighed suddenly at this point. Her eyes were filled with sympathy as she murmured, "You have had a difficult time. Your identity was stolen when you were young, causing you a lot of suffering later in life, and now Hayden is being targeted!"

Nicole knew that Rita was worried about her. Hence, she smiled and responded calmly, "It's okay. I'll definitely look into this matter thoroughly this time. No matter whom the culprit is actually targeting, whether it's me or Hayden, I will never let them off the hook!"

Her tone was cold when she spoke, indicating that Hayden was her soft spot, and she would never allow anyone to harm him.

"All right. Let me know if you need anything. The Gould Family will back you up," Rita replied, feeling sorry, or perhaps guilty, for her granddaughter whose identity had been mixed up since young.

Evelyn continued in a low voice, "I was on vacation on an island when Hayden's incident happened. After learning about his situation, I was afraid that there would be a lot to do, hence I came back to assist. Is it because I'm not your sister that you suspect me even though I have an alibi, Gabriel?"
