They pulled up to the side entrance of Henry's preschool just as school let out. The classroom was a riot of giggles and chatter when Henry's smartwatch chimed.

While the other kids queued up for the bathroom, Henry broke away, bouncing over to the fence with unstoppable excitement. Even from a distance, his bright laughter carried: "Mommy! Your little guy is here!"

Mia grinned, phone in hand, recording her energetic son as he bounded towards her.
