Chapter 261

Downtown, in a shopping mall.

Allison picked out a Lego set as a birthday gift for Jesse. She walked out of the Lego store with a paper bag in her hand and ran into a wornan wearing GUCCI sunglasses.

“Hey, Ms. Flanagan.” The woman responded with a smile, “What a coincidence, you’re also here picking out Legos? I saw a limited edition one here a few days ago, how about I get you one if you like?”

Allison didn’t know this woman, but judging by her outfit, she seemed like a rich girl and apparently knew Penelope. “You’ve got the wrong person” Allison said.

“No mistake, Ms. Flanagan.” The woman seemed surprised, “Ms. Flanagan, like I mentioned before, it would be nice if you could put in a good word for us. We are willing to offer our utmost sincerity.”

Allison looked at her, “Take another look, do I look like Penelope?” The woman paused, and stared at Allison’s face for a few seconds, a puzzled expression appeared on her face. It seemed like there were indeed some differences.

Allison left the Lego store and hopped into a cab to the restaurant.

After getting off the cab, Allison felt like something was off but couldn’t quite put her finger on it. She shook her head, deciding not to think too much
