Annie quickly explained, "It's not like that. I didn't do anything to Noelle. Last time was my fault. I just ran into her by chance and had a brief conversation. She said she wouldn't hold a grudge." Annie bit her lip and gripped the stair railing. "Did something happen? I really didn't do anything to Noelle!"

"Alright, I got it," Cody said, waving his hand dismissively. "I need to go out for a bit. If Mom and Dad ask, just tell them I went out for business."

Then, Cody went upstairs, changed his clothes, and headed straight to Collosus Group's headquarters.
