Lucian, realizing his attack had missed, made another attempt to step on Jared. Utilizing his agile positioning and speed, Jared skillfully dodged Lucian’s assaults.

After Jared evaded several of Lucian’s attacks in succession, the latter was infuriated to no end. Everything in the world had its pros and cons.
