The scene sent chills down Maloneys spine.

He was right next to the man when it happened.

His horse fell behind and was caught by the hunter next, effectively eliminating him from the race.

At this point, it was a one-on-one race.

There were only the masked man and Hannah on the black horse.

There was still a wide gap between the two, with Hannah on the lead.

She was getting closer and closer to the finish line.

Gripping the reins, she focused all her attention on running.

However, she suddenly felt the weight of a persons gaze from behind. The sensation was akin to being watched by a venomous snake as it lay in wait to strike.

It made the hair on her skin stand up.
