Chapter 25 A Little Dog?
Ocean Hill was built on a hill with a panoramic view of the harbor, as its name suggested.
It is the most luxurious villa in Cloudtopia.
It had 68 villas, their price starts from 60 million.
The most expensive villa was located at the center of the mountainside villa.
Dianne bought the most luxurious mountainside villa for Skylar, for which the price was as high as 130 million.
More than half an hour later, the jeep was parked at the gate of Ocean Hills.
Dianne went to the security room to do some paperwork.
Skylar hopped out of the car and looked at the faintly visible harbor in the dark. He lit a cigarette.
He took a couple of puffs, then crushed it under his foot.
He was no longer alone. He had a daughter now, and he did not think he would be a good father if he had the smell of smoke on him.
Skylar couldn’t help but grinned when he thought of Lola.
“Skylar!”
An angry voice was heard nearby.
Skylar turned around and saw Nicholas walking out of a villa.
It was like meeting an enemy.
“What are you doing here?” Nicholas asked angrily.
Skylar glanced at him. “I live here.”

“What? You live here?”
Nicholas sneered as if he heard the funniest joke in his life “Skylar, you are really a dirty liar. Do you know how much the cheapest villa cost here?”
“How much is it? I genuinely don’t know.”
Skylar said nothing.
“Hahaha, are you revealing too much? I’ve already asked about it, the cheapest villa is 68 million.”
“Even our family can’t fork out this much cash. You’re only a poor soldier. How dare you say that you live here? It’s ridiculous!” Nicholas laughed loudly.
Skylar frowned, but seeing Dianne come out of the security room after filling up the paperwork, he did not bother to deal with him. Then said to him, “I suggest you stay away from me, Nicholas. I’m only giving you one chance, you better appreciate it.”
He then got onto the jeep and drove to the villas.
“Hmph. What a pretentious runt.” Nicholas snorted.
If Skylar lived at Ocean Hills, wouldn’t he be showing off his power to him in the first place?
Leaving right after seeing him was as if he was feeling embarrassed when his lies were exposed.
“He knows how to act!”
Nicholas spat in the direction where Skylar left.
“Sir, please refrain from doing any uncivilized acts at the entrance of Ocean Hills.”
A security guard came up to stop him.
The people who live here were often famous in Cloudtopia.
Nicholas hurriedly handed the security a pack of cigarettes and said with a smile, “Sorry my friend, I was wrong.”
“By the way, which villa did they ask for earlier?”
“Why are you asking about this?”
The security had already accepted the cigarette, but he returned it as soon as he heard his question.”
Nicholas shoved it back into his hands. “That’s my classmate. The family has always been poor. He told me that he lives here earlier.”
“I just want to verify if he was lying, I don’t want anyone to be deceived by him.”
Upon hearing what he said, the security captain put the cigarette in his pocket and said with a smile, “Did you see that beautiful woman driving?”
“She’s the owner of the villa and her name is Dianne. She just bought our most expensive mountainside villa at Ocean Hills today.”
“The mountainside villa? Oh Lord, that woman is rich!” Nicholas exclaimed.
However, the next moment, he fell into his thoughts again.
How could Skylar know such a rich woman and move into the villa together at night?
Could it be possible that… The woman was taking care of Skylar
Was he that woman’s little dog?
If that was the case, then what Skylar said was true.
