"What? Not even bullets can kill him? Who in the world is he?" Gladys was stunned to hear that. If it was not for Franco's serious demeanor, she would have assumed that Franco was joking.

"There's more in fact!" Franco shook his head and lowered his voice even more as he said, "You know, Parker has a brother called Barry and is the mob boss of the city's underworld. He's a lot more powerful than Parker. He was livid after finding out about his brother's murder, so he tasked his assassins to Cloudtopia, but all of them ended up dead. Even his most powerful general, Silence, was murdered. Well, the most insane part of all of this was how their family would respond to this insolence. Everyone assumed that their family would retaliate, but not long after Barry's death, their family announced to the world that they had cut ties with both Parker and Barry. They would not do anything about their murders. This meant that not even the Jenkins family from the capital dared to offend that man. Tell me, isn't that man terrifyingly powerful then?

Franco was extremely emotional when he talked about that man. So much so that even Gladys was charmed by him. It was every woman's dream to be rescued by their own version of prince charming and Franco made that man seem like a god to her. So, she asked, "Can we meet that man later?" She sounded quite excited when she said that.

"Of course we call. My father was the one who told me about it, or else, I wouldn't have rushed back here, right?" Franco sounded arrogant as he continued, "If I'm able to be acknowledged by that person, we will have the utmost respect by everyone in the country, let alone Troiz County!"

Apparently, Skylar found the whole conversation awkward. Although Skylar's true power was leagues ahead than what Franco described earlier, he had decided to live a simple life the day he returned to Cloudtopia. However, life seemed to have other plans for him as trouble kept finding its way to Skylar. He was only forced to retaliate in order to protect the people he cared about.
