Chapter 59 Apologizing to Lewis
Josephine was rooted to the spot, clearly stunned. She didn’t know what to do or where else to go. At the same time, she felt like a clown who thought too highly of herself.

Josephine couldn’t hear the rest of the conversation. Besides, there was no need for her to continue listening.
Lewis tended to fulfill Sierra’s every wish. She was akin to a free songbird in his jurisdiction, so she was free to do whatever she wanted. Sierra could always go out and make new friends. Not. only that, but she could also throw temper tantrums on a whim and pursue her own dreams.
