Chapter 201

Only then did Josephine realize that she had forgotten her manners and laughed.

Initially, she thought that Scott had changed and that he wasn't the same Scott she knew. However, now that she was so excited, it didn't feel any different.

They all loved Patricia a lot.

Josephine got up and served them rice and some dishes.

She also went to call Stellan before everyone gathered around the dining table. Sylvie had a Barbie in her arms, which she loved.

As she walked toward the dining table, she turned to Zachary and said, "Thank you, Zach!"

Zachary smiled. "You're welcome. I'm glad you like it!"

He really liked the three children and Patricia. If he could live with them for the rest of his life, he would be content.

Patricia walked behind them, and when she saw several people at the table, she said, "Good job, children!"

Isaac saw an old lady and an old man in the living room as soon as he entered the Arnold Manor.

He changed out of his shoes and headed straight to the living room.

Seeing him walk in, Elizabeth got up happily. "Isaac, you're back."

As she spoke, she turned to look at Phillip. Isaac had already followed his order to marry Adeline, yet the old man was still unhappy. She was starting to run out of ways to coax him.

She took Isaac's arms and asked, "Is the engagement bothering you, Isaac?"

He was already very preoccupied with work to begin with. With the engagement coming up, he now had his hands full. This stressed Elizabeth out a lot.

"It's fine," he answered quietly.

"It's fine," he answered quietly.

In fact, he wasn't involved at all. It was Liam that handled everything.

Then, Isaac walked to Phillip and greeted him, "Grandpa, I'm home."

Phillip raised his eyes and glanced at him lightly before shifting his gaze to the door. Then, his face turned cold again.

Isaac followed Phillip's line of sight to the door and narrowed his eyes slightly.

"Grandpa, if you're not waiting for me, who are you waiting for?"

Phillip rolled his eyes, raised his hand, and pointed to the door. He began babbling as he tried to speak, but no words came out.

This caused him to slap his wheelchair uncomfortably, but still, no one understood him.

He wanted to see his three great-grandchildren, whom he missed dearly. Why hadn't they come to the house recently?

Isaac sat beside Phillip and softly said, "We just got engaged. It's not fitting for her to come over yet."

Isaac assumed that Phillip must be looking for Adeline. Isaac had no idea what spell she had cast on the old man to make him care about her so much.
